With a capacity to held up to 164 buses from the public transportation system of the city of Chihuahua; the project for the North Storage Yard and Workshops provides the storage and maintenance services for the buses used in the Public Transportation System.
The project has a built area of 25,895sqm, the main building holds an area of 1,584sqm distributed in 2 levels
The project consists of a built area of 25,895m2, the main building covers an area 1,584m2, having two levels in which they are distributed administrative and service areas in the lower and upper floors, plus 12 platforms for maintenance workshops and unit repair.
Of exterior work, the space was considered to accommodate 164 transport vehicles, in addition to 31 parking spaces for employees; also resting and recreational areas for operating employees.
There are also diesel loading stations and the Natural Gas system for the supply of the units; as well as a deposit for used tires.
As part of the sustainability premises, it was required that the project limited the interference in the natural hydrology of the site through infiltration; By means of the natural topography, runoffs are used towards the pluvial catchment area.
Likewise, the implementation of photovoltaic energy is proposed through the installation of 396 panels on the roof of the building.
