Around the year 2000, we developed the Master Plans for the Technological Universities of Chihuahua and Ciudad Juárez, an institution that is a Decentralized Public Organization of the Government of the State of Chihuahua and a member of the National Subsystem of Technological Universities.
The master plans of the UTCH and UTCJ contemplate road and pedestrian distributions, recreational and leisure areas, in addition to the classrooms, workshops and administrative buildings; In total each complex has between about 150,000 and 250,000m2, having around 400,000m2 in quality educational infrastructure.
