The 59-hectare sports unit is located in the south of the city of Chihuahua, at the intersection of Av. Juan Pablo II and Blvd. Fuentes Mares, next to the facilities of the Santa Rita fair and the Terminal of Buses of Chihuahua.

The complex holds recreational areas, children's play modules, extreme sports areas, general services and sports facilities such as a velodrome, sports courts for soccer, baseball and basketball, racquetball, tennis and football fields.

As one of the main attractions of the sports complex, the Monumental Stadium Chihuahua, a professional baseball stadium with a capacity for 20,000 spectators, was placed in the polygon; premise that defined the functional proposal.

The concept was developed under the standards of the internal rules of the game. In terms of the definition of support services, such as machine rooms, restrooms, refreshments and access, were proposed under the structure of bleachers ensuring that the distance and the surface that is generated between them and the exits / access of the stadium were wide for the comfort of the fan. Likewise, ticket offices were installed in each of the entrances of the Stadium, with the intention of facilitating access and providing comfort to the final user.
