Working in conjunction with the Red Cross Chihuahua’s State Delegation; local diagnoses were made for the determination of modernization projects of the current facilities in several of the municipalities of the state where the Red Cross operates.

Among them, diagnoses and projects were carried out at an executive level for the Parral, Cuauhtémoc, Nuevo Casas Grandes, Guerrero and Cd. Juárez delegations.

Programs of needs, preliminary projects and budgets were developed, agreed upon with the Local Red Cross and with the financing institutions that will provide the resources for the remodeling of the existing infrastructure of each of the buildings; the integration of the final project and the support to the State Red Cross and the financing institutions for the coordination of the construction are also part of our work.

For the installations there was an architectural program that was considered where some of the following spaces are distributed according to the requirements of each delegation: parking area and access for ambulances, waiting room, doctor's offices, hospitalization areas, emergency areas, blood bank, laboratories and x-ray room, administrative areas, school and training classrooms, service areas such as restrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, machine rooms, among others.

In total, projects were carried out to intervene around 5,923m2.
