Link between philosophy and the city: Philosophy is fundamentally urban, in urbanized ways of life, the city determines a large part of the social and political cultural life of the human being; philosophy focuses its perspectives on the complex nature of the city, stories, experiences, landscapes and impact of technologies for urban spaces.
In the field of urban development there are patterns that have been modulating and developing for 30 years; Throughout this a systematic work has been developed where institutions and the public sector support research and experimentation initiatives that seek to reverse some problems (consequence of which the city is thought for the automobile) to change everything according to its inhabitants, trying to reduce transfer times, avoid expansionary growth and better distribution services to the public.
Through cultural, urban appropriation and inclusion, all groups are involved in urban design to reach simple and feasible community agreements that promote a cultural change and social alliances that improve the quality of life of the city's inhabitants .
