Once again, the development of this project was natured by the accumulated experience by north scale. It is the ¨Centro de control y confianza¨(C3) a facility of the security system of the state of Chihuahua dedicated to examine the civil security and protection capacities of the police forces and of justice administration.
We studied buildings with similar technology and psychological, psychometric and personality aspects and of drug use. The working and formal characteristics of building needed to be considerate under the concept of isolation and privacy internal and external. For this reason, we utilized solid and prefabricate chromatic materials with range of white and gray colors, which resulted in internal harmony, and a felling of exterior strength. Thanks to this building system, we accomplished savings in costs and times in construction, besides the dividend of capital in its preservation and maintenance.
