The building that houses the current Municipal Public Security Department, is located in the south of the city, on the 7th street south near the Delicia’s Baseball Stadium.
One of the axes of the project is the access plaza that frames the facade of the main building and where the flagpole is centered.
The architectural concept originated in a way in which the materials allowed to give transparency and illumination to the public areas of the building.
On the ground floor all activities of an operational, public and training nature are integrated. It also holds service areas, workshops, sports areas and parking.
The upper floor integrates activities of a restricted nature to the public and for the exclusive use of operational and managerial staff, such as management and administration, as well as the dormitories of the police academy and its services: gymnasium, kitchen, dining room and classrooms, also in this level is the residence of firefighters.
